Shipping Policy - the basics

At ROZKOO TRADE LLP, we are committed to ensuring prompt and reliable delivery of your goods, whether for domestic or international shipments. Based in Tamil Nadu, India, we offer flexible shipping solutions for bulk, wholesale, and export orders.

All shipping is subject to order volume, product type, customer location, and logistics availability.

What to include in the Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

  • Domestic Shipping: Available across all states in India via trusted transporters and logistics partners.

  • International Shipping: Available on a CIF, FOB, or EXW basis to major ports worldwide as per contractual terms.

2. Dispatch Timeline

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 3–7 business days from the date of payment or as per agreed schedule.

  • For bulk/customized orders, dispatch time will be communicated during order confirmation.

3. Shipping Methods

  • We use reputable third-party logistics providers for road, sea, and air transport.

  • For exports, we ensure all necessary documentation (invoice, packing list, CoO, etc.) is prepared and submitted prior to shipment.

4. Delivery Estimates

  • Delivery times vary based on the buyer's location and mode of transport.

  • ROZKOO TRADE LLP is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, natural calamities, strikes, or force majeure events.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, destination, and shipping terms.

  • For CIF or DDP agreements, charges are included in the quoted price.

  • For EXW or FOB agreements, buyers must arrange their own logistics from our warehouse.

6. Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be shared with the buyer once the shipment is dispatched.

  • For export orders, BL (Bill of Lading) or AWB (Air Waybill) copies will be provided post-vessel departure.

7. Loss or Damage During Transit

  • All shipments are inspected before dispatch.

  • Any damage or loss during transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with photographic evidence.

  • ROZKOO TRADE LLP will assist in insurance claims only if the shipment is covered under an agreed insurance plan.
